Application for an EHCP

For parents and schools: Independent support and advice on what to include in the submission of an EHC Needs Assessment (EHCNA) to parents and schools.

A full evaluation of your child's EHCP; crossed referencing any professional reports or annual reviews. This package includes a telephone or online meeting with parents to discuss the plan, and a written report with recommendations for changes where appropriate.
